Welcome to Week 5 of your Chitta Mapping journey! By now, you have developed a detailed Chitta Map that visualizes your inner dynamics, the relationships between your parts, and their influence on your emotions and behaviors. This week, we will be taking a step back to reflect on what you’ve created and explore ways to evolve and refine your map to keep it relevant and dynamic.
Inner dynamics are not static. They change based on our experiences, circumstances, and personal growth. This week’s focus is on understanding how your internal world has shifted since you began this journey. We’ll identify new parts that may have emerged, explore changes in existing relationships, and document any new insights or shifts in self-understanding.
This week is also about integration—taking the insights from your Chitta Map and using them to guide your personal growth. What have you learned about yourself? What patterns have emerged? How have these insights shifted your relationship with your parts and with yourself? This is a time to celebrate your progress and make intentional adjustments to support your continued development.
